It is the energy of unconditional love and light which is channeled through the healer to assist in creating balance and harmony within the physical body and energy bodies of the healee. Reiki helps to shift stagnant energy which may be blocking optimum health and wellbeing physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Julie works both hands on in person and also distantly over phone or zoom. A Reiki treatment may assist to bring deep relaxation, a clearer mind, relief from stress and anxiety plus so much more.
